Existing Websites

Agencies/Authorities are required to ensure that all existing public access Web sites are to be assessed for the level of compliance, where existing Web sites do not conform to all of the mandatory requirements, it is expected that these Web sites will be updated to fully comply at the earliest opportunity. Non-compliance with these standards is at the sole risk of the agency.

New Websites

Agencies/Authorities are required to ensure that all new public access Web sites are to be assessed for the level of compliance, and ensure that they meet the standard requirements as stated in this document.
